Bill Appleton

Executive Vice President

Bill Appleton is the Executive Vice President of McClellan Jet Services and Sacramento McClellan Airport. Bill has more than 25 years in aviation and has held various leadership positions within McClellan Jet Services since 2005. He has extensive experience in FBO management and development specializing in business development and marketing to general aviation, military, and government business. He was an integral part of the team that privatized Sacramento McClellan Airport in 2017, making it the nation’s largest privately held, public-use airport.

Mr. Appleton is a licensed pilot, a member of the National Business Aviation Association and he received his degree in Aviation Management from San Jose State University.

Robin Spooner

Customer Service Manager

Robin Spooner is the Customer Service Manager for McClellan Jet Services. Robin has nearly two decades of aviation experience and has worked at McClellan Jet Services since 2016. As the MJS Customer Service Manager, she ensures the Front Desk and CSR staff members have everything they need to provide an excellent customer experience.

Andre Katz

Line Service Manager

Andre Katz is the Line Service Manager for McClellan Jet Services. Andre brings more than three decades of aviation experience to his management of the line service team’s daily operations. Andre has been a part of the MJS team since 2016 and is a Veteran of the US Navy.
