Bill Appleton has more than 25 years of aviation experience and has been with McClellan Jet Services since 2005, holding various leadership roles. As Executive Vice President, he brings extensive expertise in FBO management, business development, and marketing to general aviation, military, and government sectors. He was also an integral part of the team that privatized Sacramento McClellan Airport in 2017, making it the nation’s largest privately held, public-use airport.

Mr. Appleton is a licensed pilot, a member of the National Business Aviation Association, and holds a degree in Aviation Management from San Jose State University.

Anthony Myers brings 20 years of Air Force experience to his role as Operations Manager for McClellan Jet Services. He specializes in optimizing complex operations and driving efficiency in high-growth environments. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve exceptional results.

Mr. Myers’s expertise in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue growth is complemented by certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile Leadership, and a degree in Aviation Operations from the Community College of the Air Force.

Robin Spooner brings nearly two decades of aviation experience to her role as Customer Service Manager at McClellan Jet Services. Since joining the team in 2016, Robin has ensured that the Front Desk and CSR staff have the tools and support needed to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Mrs. Spooner’s dedication to customer satisfaction defines her leadership in this role.

With over 30 years of aviation experience, Andre Katz serves as the Line Service Manager for McClellan Jet Services. A Veteran of the US Navy, Andre has been part of the McClellan Jet Services team since 2016, where he oversees the daily operations of the line service team.

Mr. Katz’s leadership ensures the highest standards of safety, precision, and operational excellence.
